Later, he crawled most of the way across the living room . . . to the stairs. Sigh. Yes, it's time to get a gate. But we're happy he's finally moving, because what would be more frustrating than being a baby who's supposed to be getting into everything, but not being able to go anywhere?
He's also been standing pretty well -- we're thinking he may be walking by Christmas!

Boy crawls. Boy stands. Stray Antipodean claps. And advises Mudpuppy's parents to get those running shoes on now he's mobile!
ReplyDeleteAw, that's great. Believe me, I do understand the heartache of watching your kids struggle (too many parents joke how "lucky" you are that you don't have to worry about crawlers). But you want to see your kid grow with confidence and see that look on their face "I did it!"

Well, hopefully he will stop eventually and go on to walking...
