Alleluia Boy is EXPLODING in the reading department -- if he sees a word, he asks, "What does that say?" He gets that letters make sounds that go together to make words. He can identify his own name, and name quite a few letters on sight (m, n, s, t, p in particular) and knows what sounds those letters make. Thanks to the folks who bought the LeapPad phonics toys for the younger boys...Matthew in particular uses his "letters" game daily!
